The professionals that we train and who work in our schools and associations, accredited by our Method. Obtain a course certificate (graduate level) issued by acknowledged Universities. Their certification is evaluated and re-validated annually. We guarantee that our instructors have the best knowledge of the techniques as well as the excellence of their results.
Gustavo Cardoso, Head Teacher
Started practicing in 1995. He has formed over 200 instructors and has opened 13 schools throughout the world. In 2006 he moved to London to open the first school of this method in the UK. And now he is the Representative of the DeRose Method Federation in this country and Director the the DeRose Method London.
Paulo Pacifici, Instructor
Started practising Swasthya Yoga when he was 17 years old.
From his first contact with DeRose Method, he dived deeply into the knowledge of Swasthya Yoga, the DeRose Method, and followed a dream: to bring to as many people as possible this wonderful philosophy.
Sonia Ferreira, Instructor
First appearance: 30th November 1975, somewhere in a lost city in the North of Portugal.
Degree in mathematics, passionate about philosophy. Finally they met each other. She started practising the DeRose Method in 2003 and immediately, the identification with its philosophical aspect blossomed. Soon she realized she wanted to dedicate herself, entirely and passionately, to this life style, and embarked on a new journey.
Suzana Vaz, Instructor
A former scholar of art, and reviewer of avant-garde and experimental art, Suzana found in the DeRose Method the practical philosophy that binds it all together: life, art, philosophy, in effective personal and collective engagement.
Claudia Torres, Manager
Discovered the DeRose Method school while she was doing her business degree at King's College. Started out as a practitioner; she fell in love with the Method, the school and the instructors so she decided to start her career in the administrative side of the DeRose Method.
